It is a typical fiesta or celebration dress! Made with vibrant colors to get you in 'fiesta' mood and ready to go to any kind of parties. It could be the best choice for a mexican themed party. Such as a wedding or a celebration for independence day, you can also style it with sandals or flats, and complete it with a shawl. This dress is handmade by women in the communities near Mexico city. We are working with co-ops of women that work together to make pieces of art using their available time at home to embroider and woven. We support the indigenous families of Mexico empowering them to earn a stable income and providing a window to the world for their products with a fair trade price. Using our product you are sharing the story of women in Mexico whose hearts and dreams are carried in this piece.

IT Came ripped.....but had it not been it was a good value
First of all the dress was better than expected material wise.. but where the ribbon connects the dress it was frayed and I had no other choice due to rime but to sew it myself... I basically had to sew the entire dress... also where the first eyelet line is located it hits right on your private areas and is completely see through so you will need a slip... I emailed the company about the frays and never heard back which is poor customer service in my opinion. I am 5'6 /size 6 and have a large bust and the fit was very loose.and tea length. I would say you could be up to a 12-14 and be okay as long as your not thick in the waist or really short...and it looks better with a braided belt...

    It is a one size fits most, but it was a lot larger than i expected, needs less elastic, ordered 2 one for my sister and shes a tad bigger than me and it was large on her needs less elastic. Were still going to wear them probably just add a belt or maybe take it in some how. other than that its a good material and length.
