Buy the small one.
Bought this patch in large and small, and even though I'm a 6'5" tall 255 pound man, the small is even a bit too big. I would strongly suggest most people buy the small, and I'd encourage the company to make and xtra small size, which might e just fine for someone like me, too.

    Terrible design. First, the head strap is way too big and for a woman, you'll adjust it to its smallest. Second, the design of the patch makes no sense. The patch is oval and the band's go straight off it, however in wear, you'd need the patch shape to not be symmetrical since one side of the band should be higher to go over your brow and other eye. This is like trying to use a headband as an eye patch. Clearly the people who made it never even tried it on. Too bad too since the quality is fine. If the patch was shaped for the face instead of a cut out oval and the straps made sense, this would be really great. Also as others noted, the small is still quite large- this is again because the shape makes no sense for fitting to the face. Sending it back.
